We are delighted to announce the arrival of the new Vote-OK DVD.
The official premiere took place with the Crawley and Horsham hunt before Christmas and has been trialled with several hunts around the country. Initial feedback has been extremely positive and we hope it will provide an invaluable tool for hunts and clubs to help raise awareness of Vote-OK.
The 20 minute DVD introduces the work of Vote-OK, reinforces the need for repeal using thoughts and comment from hunts across the country and illustrates exactly how we can achieve it. It also features some high profile supporters of repeal, including Shadow Foreign Secretary & unofficial Deputy Leader William Hague MP and Tim Farron, Liberal Democrat MP for Westmorland & Lonsdale, case studies from previous elections and by-elections and a direct plea from candidates on what hunt supporters can do to help.
To see a short clip of the DVD featuring Conservative Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Corby, Louise Bagshaw, and coursing supporters Paul Sagar Manchester and Aaron Attmore from Yorkshire please Click Here.
We would like all hunts to provide an opportunity to showcase the DVD by the end of March 2009. A special event is not necessary as the short film can be tacked onto a hunt AGM or social evening, but it is vitally important that at least one local candidate is present to help make connections and reinforce the need to get involved.
The DVD will be distributed to all hunts (FOC) shortly but if you would like a copy for immediate use please get in touch via info@vote-ok.co.uk (clubs and associations will need to request a copy).
