Trevor Adams Profiled
Trevor Adams | MFH and Huntsman of the Duke of Buccleuch 1989-2009:
'It has been a great privilege to hunt his Grace’s hounds in this wonderful Border Country'.

Trevor Adams
Trevor Adams was the first huntsman to be charged with breaking the Protection of Wild Mammals (Scotland) Act. But after a two-day trial at Jedburgh Sheriff Court, he was found not guilty of deliberately hunting a fox with 20 dogs in October 2002.
Trevor’s family were stone masons in Gloucestershire and he still loves to visit the soft limestone of the Cotswold villages.
Trevor and his brother Anthony were first generation to ride to hounds, but their ancestors were great supporters.
He loved Young Farmers in his youth but hunting has and continues to provide all his special friends.
He likes nothing better to relax on a comfortable sofa watching sport on TV, fortunately a pastime also enjoyed by Angus.
He has been known to pick up a tennis racket, and a golf club (in the summer) in an attempt to keep his hunting fitness up!
