Hunting IS vital to our rural economies and Hunting Cottages aims raise the occupancy rate of letting properties in hunt countries, during the hunting season.

The PR argument on hunting remains stuck in the ‘fluffy fox syndrome’; but if we start sustaining jobs, creating more jobs, and bolster Britain’s economy - we will be listened to. So who is behind me on this one?

...Stay with like-minded people...

TMV exists to support and promote hunting. We now have an average 28,643 monthly readers, and growing. Hunting Cottages is just one of the projects we have afoot which are not-for-profit and aimed at enhancing the public's view on hunting.

Hunting Cottages will be a listing of holiday cottages in hunt countries which are empty during winter (see attached); the very season that hunting operates. So it is logical that, with our readership, we can help with finding hunting people who may like to use those empty cottages, rather than stay in an expensive hotel. But our involvement stops there.

We are not doing this on a commercial basis: we are not taking bookings, taking commissions, making recommendations, giving directions, etc. If you, our client, want to list hirelings available, etc, we can do that - but it will only be a listing. We cannot get into names of stables and all of that. Some of the people who are joining us have created a small website which gives all this info - by simply clicking a link on their listing. We will not list links to commercial holiday cottage letting businesses, as we want to promote your cottage, not every cottage in your area.

Like any other business, TMV has its bills to pay. We have decided that £7.50 per cottage, per month, would be a fair charge; and we expect that to be a September to March (inclusive) season. Therefore £52.50 per seven month season payable in advance.

Please pay by PayPal or cheque, payable to The Masters Voice.
