IMPORTANT | Yahoo Mail / BT Internet Users
There is a possible problem with Yahoo Mail, which BT also use for their home user accounts (@btinternet.com email addresses). The spam filter is can be strict, even erroneous. Please try the instructions below to ensure you receive TMV messages.
- Login to your BT/Yahoo account online via a web browser (if you don't already) - this is essential as email in the spam folder we are concerned with is not forwarded to desktop email programs like Outlook by default.
- Go to the Spam/Junk folder and somewhere in there should be at least one TMV email (they may be deleted after 30 days).
- Click on this email and then click on the 'Not Spam' button. This should prevent any other TMV emails from being caught.
- You should also add info@themastersvoice.co.uk and webmaster@themastersvoice.co.uk to your online Yahoo contacts/address book (ie. you cannot do this with the Outlook/Windows/other email program address book - it will not help).
You could also use a different email account to receive TMV
